Dr. Althea’s Anastatica Skin-Conditioning Toner is a lightweight, natural toner containing an 85% extract of Anastatica Hierochuntica (i.e. Rose of Jericho). This plant is pretty unique in that even in the harshest desert environment, one drop of water will bring it back to life! And that's what this toner aims to do for parched skin. Anastatica Hierochuntica has soothing properties, given it is naturally high in the antioxidant quercetin. But research suggests it can also improve dehydration and discoloration.

Great for sensitive and dehydrated skin that doesn't like the feel of heavy or oily toners.

HOW DO I USE IT? 

After cleansing, pat on damp skin. Apply in layers if your skin is feeling particularly dry.
